Zhang said it is the Party and the nation's primary political task to study and implement the spirit of the 19th CPC National Congress, which enshrined Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era as a new component of the Party's guide for action.
Zhang, a graduate of Peking University, was conducting research at the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Sciences at University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She was living in university housing.

Zhang went to a railway station in Beijing after he left the airport and took a train to Guangdong province, where his home is located. Later, he went abroad, prosecutors said.
Zhang, a visiting scholar at the University of Illinois, has been missing since June 9. Brendt Christensen, a former graduate student at the university, has been charged with kidnapping in her disappearance. A US District Court trial has been scheduled for Feb 27.
Zhang, 25, who was a university student at the time, loves to take care of stray dogs, especially those around her former college campus in Haidian district.

Zhong highlighted achievements in establishing economic and trade cooperation zones, noting that China has built a total of 21 such cooperation zones within other SCO countries, helping to expand local employment and increase tax revenue.
Zhengzhou Yutong Bus and Foton Motor have put hydrogen fuel cell commercial vehicles into use. And China National Heavy Duty Truck Group has developed three hydrogen fuel cell models.
