Li attended the second Lancang-Mekong Cooperation (LMC) leaders' meeting in Phnom Penh and paid an official visit to Cambodia from Jan 10-11.

Li admits the optics of the enterprise may be a bit puzzling. "People think it's strange that I do this kind of business," said Li, who now has two farms and hopes to have as many as 20 someday. "It has great economic value, and my goal is to lead other villagers to prosperity if they follow my lead."

Li Jun, director of the Product Quality and Safety Legal Research Center at the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing, said such a system has been established in some developed countries, including the United States, which imposes heavy fines for poor product quality that harms consumers.
Li Zunwei, deputy head of the division that manages websites for the municipal government, said officials will continue to improve the website and strengthen online services for expats.
