He added that economic and trade cooperation has increasingly become the highlight of the China-Zambia relations in the new era, resulting in the two countries having formed a wide-ranging, multi-level, and in-depth developing cooperation landscape in areas such as infrastructure, mining, agriculture, manufacturing, and medical industry.
He added that China, for its part, has been known for the advance in photovoltaic technology, which made the country much more competitive in the cost of solar panels than other nations.
He added that African countries could use China's experiences, technologies and funds, combined with their own abundant human resources, to improve livelihoods of Africans, and to inject new energy into the acceleration and efficiency of China-Africa cooperation.
He also said China's growth model and success have inspired and given confidence to other developing countries in their efforts to achieve development and enhance prosperity.
He added "We will support CNPC in their ambitious growth plans by providing favourable business processes, services and facilities that compare with international standards."
