Zhejiang launched a campaign last year aiming to foster the formation of 100 "future communities"-green, smart and sharing urban residential communities-by the end of 2021 in a bid to enhance residents' sense of belonging and encourage more of them to help each other lead better lives.
Zheng said the system will probably be put into operation first in Southwest China, considering the high frequency of earthquakes there. For example, the Sichuan-Tibet railway, which is under construction, crosses four earthquake faults where 14 earthquakes above magnitude 7.0 have occurred.
Zheng Xinli, deputy director of the China Center for International Economic Exchanges, said measures must be taken to improve the credit system in the economies related to the Belt and Road Initiative.
Zheng Guoqiang, assistant manager of Zhengzhou International Hub Development and Construction, said the integrated network of express railway lines, airlines, and shipping lines has provided swift and cheap transportation options for the booming industry.
Zhang said that new policies will be developed to ensure people from Taiwan will enjoy the same treatment as local people when they pursue their studies, start businesses, seek jobs, or live on the mainland.

Zhang said the ministry exempted employers from 232 billion yuan (.8 billion) in social security fees by the end of March to reduce labor costs, and handed back another 38.8 billion yuan for the employers' portion of jobless benefits to 3.02 million businesses that didn't lay off workers. Nearly 10 billion yuan were given out in a separate move to encourage employers to hire unemployed people, she added.
Zhao Ming, 25, recently quit his first job, at a public relations agency in Beijing, after just nine months. He said he quit because he became frustrated with having to repeatedly redo plans to satisfy his boss and client.
Zhao said this year, 10 of the 20 winners are from countries involved with the Belt and Road Initiative, "a sign of much closer publishing cooperation with those countries", he said.
Zhou Hongyang, the deputy head of the Tibet Culture Department, said, "In the future, we will push the work of traditional cultural crafts with more opened mind and more pragmatic measures."
