Wang also agreed with the proposal by the new government in Seoul that sanctions and dialogue be carried forward at the same time.

Despite being a side dish, the pickled Chinese cabbage is actually a highlight as it's preserved using the traditional method of Northeast China and offers a palate-cleansing sour flavor.

Wang made the remarks while delivering a speech at a ceremony celebrating the 60th anniversary of the founding of the Ningxia Hui autonomous region in the regional capital of Yinchuan. He led a 62-member central delegation attending a series of events marking the anniversary, which began on Wednesday.
