He encouraged the young students to work hard as the envoys for boosting bilateral exchanges.     In the afternoon, Li visited the Seoul Chinese Cultural Center, the first government-sponsored Chinese cultural facility in Asia.     ROK is the last leg of Li's four-nation tour which has already taken him to Australia, Myanmar and Japan.

NAIROBI, Feb. 8 (Xinhua) -- Chinese President Hu Jintao will pay state visits to the African countries of Mali, Senegal, Tanzania and Mauritius in mid-February, his second trip to the continent in search for closer cooperation since the 2006 Beijing Summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation.     The top-level visit follows a four-nation African tour by Chinese Foreign Minister Yang Jiechi in intensified efforts to forge full partnership with Africa.     China and African countries have made great achievements in developing a new type of strategic partnership since the Beijing Summit, with more frequent high-level exchanges.     Three months after the summit, President Hu Jintao embarked an African tour of eight countries initiating the process of implementing the achievements of the summit to benefit the continent. LONDON, April 3 (Xinhua) -- Chinese President Hu Jintao made concrete proposals on tackling the global financial crisis at the G20 London summit, playing an important and constructive role for the summit to gain pragmatic results, the Chinese foreign minister said on Friday.     "The summit produced measures of high value in fighting the financial crisis and built up confidence for the world to tide over the crisis and renew economic growth," Yang Jiechi said, adding that Hu's proposals contributed to the result. BEIJING, April 9 (Xinhua) -- The Ministry of Public Security announced a national action against human trafficking of women and children here Thursday, in wake of increasing incidences of these cases in China.     "The country has seen an increasing incidence of human trafficking of women and children recently, though the police have continued fighting such crimes for years," said Zhang Xinfeng, vice minister of public security at a meeting.     The nationwide crackdown will last from April to December this year, he said.     Police must carefully investigate residents to identify women and children victims and rescue them, he said.     They were also asked to collect information about possible victims and tightly follow leads, he said.     The police will also crack down upon those who seduce or force children to beg on streets or commit crimes, especially those masterminding such gangs, he added.
